Kobuleti (load. ქობულეთი) — a resort (with 1944) in Adzharia, Georgia, in 21 km to the North from Batumi. It is located on the bank of the Black Sea in a zone of subtropical climate.
     Climate subtropical, conditions in Kobuleti it is possible to call ideal. In the winter seldom there are below +5 °C of degrees, and in the summer air temperature fluctuates from +25 °C to +28 °C. Snow doesn't happen almost, as well as an exhausting heat, as a whole climate soft.


The free tourist zone

On October 26, 2010 the Parliament of Georgia in the third, final reading adopted the bill "About Kobuleti's Free Tourist Zone". The law partially exempts from taxes of those investors which will put in construction of hotels in Kobuleti on 11,4 hectares. According to the law, the investors who have enclosed at least 1 million lari in construction of hotel, within the subsequent 15 years will be exempted from profit taxes and on property. The firm which will enclose 1 million lari, will receive a section in the free tourist zone "symbolical 1 lari". At the same time the government of Georgia assumes the obligation to provide all necessary infrastructure in the construction territory including a spacer of a gas conduit, a water supply system, electricity and the road.
