zekari
Zekari  — the balneal resort in Bagdatsky municipality, in 35 km to the South from the city of Bagdati and in 55 km from Rioni's railway station.

Zekari's resort is located on northern slopes of Meskhetsky (Adzharo-Imeretinsky) ridge of Lesser Caucasus, at the height of 750 m, in a valley of the river of Hanistskali (Rioni's inflow).

The territory of the resort and slopes of mountains are covered broad-leaved (an oak, a beech) and coniferous forests.

Zekari  is on the road going from Kutaisi to the resort of Abastumani through the Zekarsky pass (height of 2182 m).

Treatment

The major natural medical factor of the resort of Zekari — sulfide gidrokarbonatno-chloride sodium waters (the mineralization of 1,5 g/l, temperature is 36 °C); daily output of sources of 400 thousand liters. Water use for bathtubs. In the resort there is a bathing building.
